The programme encompasses an introduction to Lean and the St Andrews Model, followed by a three-day simulated Rapid Improvement Event. • Lean championship
  • Lean strategy
  • Lessons learnt

Hands on learning activities will be dotted throughout the two days. We will discuss case studies of projects that we have worked on, and insights from our own personal experience will be shared.

Days three to five will see you actively applying your learning as we engage in a simulated Lean project. Our time will focus on the Scoping, Redesign and Review stages of the St Andrews Eight Step Lean Project Model.

On completion of the training you will receive a certificate of attainment, and will have gained and practiced sufficient knowledge to be able to run your own RIE (under the supervision of a mentor).
