After completing Parts 1 and 2 of your Foundation Level Lean Practitioner training you have the opportunity to run your own Rapid Improvement Events under our mentorship. Initially, we’ll lead the majority of the RIE, which will give you a chance to observe and make notes. Gradually, throughout the subsequent RIEs, we’ll hand over more and more responsibility to you, so that by the end you’ll be running the event entirely by yourself.
We will analyse your facilitation style and provide feedback, and we’ll also share tips and tricks with you to get the most out of the RIE team. In addition to this, we will cover more of the frequent barriers, difficulties, and objections that you will likely face in your facilitation career, and how best to deal with them.
Another aim of this mentoring programme is to introduce you to other members of our network, including world-leading practitioners and educators. Furthermore, should you wish to attend a conference and present your work and experience, we can offer support in this endeavour.
The number of RIEs you will need to complete depends on your performance, however, once you have successfully completed the programme you will be able to run RIEs independent of a mentor, and you will have complimented your theoretical knowledge with extensive practical experience. Moreover, you will also be eligible to enrol on our Advanced Lean training programme.
