SIPOC: A tool used to determine the inputs and outputs of a process.

 

5S: Organisation tool.

 

RRS Analysis: An analysis tool used to help decide where improvement efforts should be focused.

 

Blame-o-meter: This tool is for root cause analysis in order to identify how and why the issue occurred, and the steps needed to ensure it does not happen again.

 

Wall of (no) excuses: Tool that serves as an antidote to the negativity expressed in the Wall of Excuses.
